Oklahoma native son and decorated high school football legend, Sean Love entered Oklahoma State University with honors ranging from All Star, All-District, All-City, All-State to a National Blue Chipper. The highly sought after wide receiver lettered four years, started three years and was named captain his senior season. Love was among a historic recruiting class that ushered rival powerhouse Oklahoma Sooners three losses in four years; including one shutout in Norman, OK.
Completing a solid college career with a BA in Graphic Design, Love set out for the professional ranks. He quickly saw action in the Arena Football League and in semi-pro leagues across the country. These experiences catapulted a coaching career spanning nearly 25 years from Pop Warner championships to high school state titles. Love has trained, coached and mentored many athletes in numerous sports. Notable trainees include Wes Welker and Antonio Smith formerly of the National Football League.
Love and his wife have produced three student-athletes as well. The oldest son attained a scholarship to the United States Military Academy (Army-West Point) but recently graduated from Oklahoma State University. The second oldest is currently playing at the United States Naval Academy (Navy). The youngest of the three is paving her way in softball at the prep level. Love has been married to his wife, Edie, for over 20 years residing in Edmond, OK.
