Class of 2020 defensive lineman Denver Warren is well-known prospect in the Midwest. He plays for West Aurora High School in Illinois. In January of 2018 he made his presence known on a national stage during the National Combine in San Antonio.
Warren received his invite to the Combine in October of 2017 after a strong sophomore season.
โI was really excited when I got the invite. Never heard of it before but it turned out great,” said Warren.
Before he made the decision to accept his invitation he discussed the honor with the people he trusts the most.
โI decided to go when I talked it over with my coach and mom. We came to a conclusion that it was a big opportunity.โ

Once the football drills started Warren was back in his natural environment. He excelled during the 1v1 portion of the event.
Along with competing against 650 of the best athletes in the country, Warren received an opportunity to interact with his peers.
โThe best part was just being able to meet so many new people with lots of talent from across the country.
Warren has picked up scholarship offers from Indiana, Cincinnati and Toledo since returning from the Combine.
Players from all-across the nation travel down to San Antonio for the National Combine every January with aspirations of making a name for themselves. Past alumni include Matthew Stafford, Cam Newton and Christian McCaffrey.
