Grant Lewis

Biography

Position: Head Coachs

Coach Lewis grew up in Westerville Ohio and graduated in 2008 from Westerville North High School where he played Linebacker, Tight End, and Punter. Upon graduation, he attended Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana to play Linebacker/Defensive End and study Physical Education and Exercise Science. After a career-ending injury, Coach Lewis stayed on Butler's football staff for three seasons as a defensive coach until graduation in 2013.

After college, he stayed in Indianapolis to teach and coach at the high school level. He served as the Defensive Coordinator, Special Teams Coordinator, and Linebackers coach at a couple of different schools prior to becoming the Head Football Coach at Franklin Central High School in 2015. In 2020 he accepted the Athletic Director job at Franklin Central High School. During this time, he has coached at and hosted a variety of FBU events including FBU Indianapolis, FBU National Championship, FBU Futures,  FBU Regional,  FBU Top Gun, and the FBU Freshman All-American Bowl.
