A letter winner as a linebacker during his playing days at Tennessee Tech, Dennis Therrell helped the Golden Eagles capture the Ohio Valley Conference championship in 1975.  He later enjoyed a brief stay in the NFL with the St. Louis Cardinals.

Spanning over three decades, Therrell has coached at just about every level of football from high school, college, the UFL, and even the NFL.
