Dale Fink attended Althoff Catholic High School in Belleville, IL.   He was a 3 sport athlete in football, basketball, and baseball.  He finished his senior year completing 139 of 203 pases (68%) for 2,234 yards and 24 Touchdowns earning himself All State Honors.  This earned Dale All-State Second team honors.  

Dale Fink chose Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT to continue his academic and football career.  

A four year starter at Sacred Heart University, Dale Fink started 42 games over 4 seasons from 2007 to 2010.  He left Sacred Heart University as the All- Time leading passer with 13 school records and NEC career passing touchdowns leader.  Fink was a 3 Time All-NEC award winner and earned a spot on the 2010 All New England Team.  

After graduating Dale Fink went on to play for the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks arena football team in Allentown, PA.  Fink then started his coaching career in Breese, IL at Mater Dei High School as pass game coordinator.  He then coached 3 seasons at Belleville East High School as the offensive coordinator before moving to Eastern, PA.  He currently is the offensive coordinator and QB coach for Emmaus High School.
