Biography
Position: Offensive Linemen
Boston College alumnus John Schmeding was a pivotal part of the offense as a guard during three seasons with the Eagles. To close out his senior year, Schmeding landed a starting spot East/West Shrine Game and the Senior Bowl. He was also named Honorable Mention All-American. John played one season in the NFL with the Buffalo Bills in 1980.
After his playing career, Schmeding became a personal trainer and works out athletes at Supertraining Gym in Sacramenton, Ca. He also trains at Carini's House of Iron in Paramus, NJ and is the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey, NJ.
