Cordale Scott is an athletic and life coach who takes great pride and services in youth development helping student-athletes transition on and off the field. He is the CEO/Founder of Good2Great sports performance agency and Good2Great youth development INC. A father now of 5, Cordale started coaching in 2013 to give back to his community and help others become productive student athletes. Prior to starting his family Scott embarked on what would become a great career at Glenville High School, as a two-sport athlete playing football and running track earning All-State honors in both. Scott was a four-star recruit by Rivals.com , 24/7 sports, Scout.com, and ESPN, named The Cleveland Plain Dealers’ 2007 player of the year. Ranked as the ninth best recruit in the state of Ohio and number 31st receiver nationally by Rivals.com…Prep Star magazine. Dream Team Super Prep All American. In track and field, Scott was a 200-meter state finalist and a 4 x 200-meter state champion.
Scott had offers from numerous Big Ten schools before settling on Illinois, playing two years and in 14 games as a freshman and sophomore. In 2010 Scott transferred to the University of Toledo he appeared in 13 games as a junior and was listed as the number one tight end as a senior. Scott finished his career with 17 receptions, 226 yards and two touchdowns. When his playing career ended Scott joined Brush High School as the freshman Offensive Coordinator and varsity Wide Receivers Coach, mentoring division one athletes Jordan” Tito” Overton “(University at Buffalo) Moses Marshall (Kansas) and Alfonso Onunwor (Idaho). Scott also coached at Bedford High School as a freshman head coach, and varsity wide receivers coach. Scott graduated from the University of Toledo in 2013. Currently Coach scott has a youth development organization that offers Athletic development, character development , education support services, youth camps ,and summer enrichment. Scott has become a strong pillar for the youth in the Cleveland area.
