Arlen Harris

Biography

Position: Running Backs

Former St. Louis Rams running back Arlen Harris joins Football University to teach the next wave of aspiring running backs. In high school, Harris was a Consensus All-American and  PIAA State Championship at Downingtown High School.

Harris played college football for his first two years for the University of Virginia and Hofstra University. Harris did not play football for his last two years until he made his return in an all-star game in Las Vegas and named MVP. Harris played three seasons with the Rams before playing for the Detroit Lions in 2006. 

Once a strength and conditioning coach at Niagara Football Academy, Harris was named head coach at Lutheran St. Charles High School in Missouri in December 2014.
