Graduate of Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis, Coach Tate was a 3-sport athlete and was All-State in Football plyaing WR, KR and DB. He was All-Metro and ultimately went to play collegiately at Jackson State University. After finishing his playing career, Jon went right into training and coaching student-athletes where he’s served stints at two Midwest Powerhouse schools in Indiana, and is currently doing sports performance training for student-athletes at Nutrition Plus Fitness.
