Coach Jervontius Stallings, nicknamed “Bunchy”, comes from the state of Mississippi. He was a 3-star prospect and ranked as one of the top 20 centers in the country. After leading his team to a state championship in high school, he had multiple offers coming out of college. However, his connection to the coaches at the University of Kentucky ultimately led him to choose the Wildcats. During his time at UK, Coach Stallings played in 41 career games with 26 starts. He blocked for UK’s all-time leading rusher, Benny Snell Jr., the first player in school history to rush for 1,000 yards in three straight seasons. He earned First-Team All-America and First-Team All-SEC status as a senior after paving the way for Snell and the UK offense. Twice named SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week for his play in Kentucky’s wins over Florida and Mississippi State in 2018. He graduated with a degree in community and leadership development.

After College, Bunchy went on to sign with the Jacksonville Jaguars, playing in the NFL for 2 seasons.
