Chris Chambers

Biography

Position: Wide Receivers

Chris Chambers joins the Football University Coaching Staff with a wealth of high-level playing & coaching experience at the Wide Receiver Position. He attended Beford High School in Ohio where he was a 3-sport letter winner in Football, Basketball and Track. He was 2x All-State Selection and won All-America accolades in football.

After High School, Chambers went on to play at the University of Wisconsin. He played in 43 Games, finishing with 127 catches, 2,000 yards and 16 TD's. He won two Rose Bowl's and was named 2nd Team All-Big Ten during his senior years.

Chambers was selected in the 2nd round of the 2001 NFL Draft by the Miami Dolphins. Throughout his career, he totaled 564 Catches, 8,005 Yards and 59 TD's. He played in the NFL for a total 10 seasons with the Dolphins, Chargers and Chiefs.
