Biography
Position: Offensive Linemen
Melvin Hayes accomplishments include achieving All-State Honors as an offensive lineman at John Curtis Christian School and an invitation to participate in the Senior Bowl. Hayes played two seasons in the NFL for the New York Jets.
Hayes is a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His goals are not only to help athlete’s improve their strength, power, flexibility, and explosiveness but to teach them the practice of mental discipline and attention to detail.
