Casey Hales

Biography

Position: Long Snappers

After working with Rubio Long Snapping for 6 months, Casey Hales was offered a full scholarship to Duke University as a result of attending the 2nd Annual Vegas event. Casey credits Rubio for pioneering the Long Snapping space and creating the ultimate platform for exposure to college special teams coaches. He continued to train exclusively under Rubio Long Snapping at Duke where he became a 4-year letter winner, and 2-time ACC Academic Honor Roll selection. Casey finished as the Duke Football all-time leader in consecutive starts with a school record of 46.

After graduating, Casey stayed close to his passion of coaching and teaching. He was 1 of 10 student-athletes at Duke elected to participate in a start-up non-profit program called Coach for College. Through this program, he traveled to southern Vietnam to help promote the importance of academics and athletics for Vietnamese youth.

Today Casey is still meaningfully engaged with Rubio Long Snapping as a certified instructor in Northern and Southern California. "I am thankful for the opportunity to represent Rubio Long Snapping and find it very rewarding to share my experiences with the athletes I meet. Thank you Rubio!"
